I am Salaried contractual staff and salary is 10,000 I want to take loan from syndicate bank and they are telling they want my tax certificate. i am not return filed so please help in this.About tax apllicalbe for loans?

You must immediately go to income tax office and apply for PAN ( Permanent Account Number ) CARD so that you can file Tax return here after. No financial institution will give you loan without PAN No. and copy of your income tax return.
