.In the Philippines it is the banks who have recently been robbing the people instead of the opposite. Many rural Legacy banks began a Ponzi scheme in which many people were victimized. Now those banks have been dissolved, but the depositors are mostly still waiting for the government insurance to reimburse them.

Those actors were paid millions to act like robbers on a make-believe world wherein all guards are stupid and they were able to steal millions of dollars from banks without using violence, force or physical threats or intimidations.
Besides...the Ocean's Twelve gang steal from casinos who were practically throwing away money.
Oh btw...There's already a flawless syndicate stealing without getting caught in the Philippines.
