You need to contact your bank. Depending on your bank they should have a customer service line. Not all do however, which is aggrivating. Some are 24 hours, others are not. Or go to your local branch during business hours. You must report the fraudulent transaction. Plus if this was at an ATM, like stated, they will be able to pull video from the ATM at the date and time. But they may put a tempory bock on your card, cancel the card at your request and issue you a new one, or freeze your account - but it usually takes a lot more than that to issue a freeze. Make sure that the card is in your possession when you call. Also prior to calling or going into a brank think very hard and try to remember if there was ever a time around the time of the transaction that you did not have your bank card, it was misplaced, missing, etc.Also think about anyone - ANYONE - that may have had access to the card. Even briefly. The bank will ask you this.

If a transaction that you did not make showed up on your bank account, then you need to call the bank's customer service phone number and report fraud on the account. They might freeze your card until they can send you a new one with a different number.Whom to complain for atm false debit?
