SYNDICATE BANK CHARGING 14 K AS EMI FOR 14LAKHS HOMELOAN . ON EMI CALCULATOR IT IS 13581 AT RATE 8.25% PA MON?

Dear Rajesh ji, You are worried of no problem. I pay Rs. 8800/- p.m. as EMI. But to expedite repayment of loan I started payment of Rs. 15000/- as EMI. Dear in a nationalised bank you need not worry. They maintain transparency. Now I tell you the truth. 1. Banks charge interest on " daily reducing balance 2. Your loan will be liquidated before schedule time. 3. In case your loan repaid before time, you claim your post dated cheques to return back. 4. Post dated cheques are in favour of bank and can be deposited in your loan account only. 5. In case of default, you can ask your banker not to initiate legal action as you are already depositing excess amount. In addition to above you should verify from your banker that at what rate your loan was sanctioned and what was your EMI fixed at the material time. Further ask them to provide a copy of ARRANGEMENT LETTER i.e. the terms and conditions on which your loan was sanctioned.
